James, at the front desk will greet you with a smile and is just super courteous and knowledgeable of the area. If you go to terminal C, you can expect to wait for the shuttle 20-30 minutes, and spend another 20-30 minutes trying to leave. THIS hotel's shuttle service will go out of their way to pick you up at any terminal and get you to the hotel with minimal delays. Do NOT follow the shuttle signs to terminal C. The airport SHUTTLE signs will lead you to terminal C. The George Bush International Airport is undergoing construction of a new building which causes SIGNIFIGANT traffic delays at Terminal C.
